Scenic location with suspension bridge. Helpful and friendly staff. Natural hot spring in basement. Car parking inside hotel. Fresh bed linen and comfortable pillows. Traditional, good quality breakfast. Nearby restaurants for dinner. Nice Chinese-style breakfast

The hotel had a great location and was close to all the key city sights. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was spacious and clean. We especially loved the spa and the complimentary breakfast every morning. It felt like we got great value for the price we paid.
The hotel was quite outdated and could use some renovations. The bathroom fixtures were old and not well-maintained, and we noticed some cleanliness issues.

Our family had a great time staying in this hotel! It is centrally located, just a short walk from the hanging bridge that connects to other hotels and street shops. the surrounding area is picturesque, with an outdoor public hot spring and a private hot spring inside the room. the room and the bathroom were clean, and the staff provided excellent service during our stay. We enjoyed the Chinese-style breakfast that was served every morning.
The hotel needs some minor repairs to the doorknob of the room.
